Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right for your space. At Arco Studio Home, we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Important Information About Our Products
Most items in our collection are specially ordered from our suppliers specifically for you, rather than stocked in our warehouse. When returns are necessary, we incur return fees, shipping costs, and duties from our suppliers.
To help offset these costs, we apply a 25% restocking fee on most returned products, and a 50% restocking fee on hardware items. You can avoid the restocking fee entirely by choosing store credit at the full purchase value or exchanging your item for another product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our showroom. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- Delivered within the past 30 days
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and packaging materials
- In the same condition as received
The following product categories are eligible for return:
- Plug-in lighting fixtures
- Hardwired lighting under 30" in height, width, or diameter
- Rugs 8' × 10' or smaller
- Hardware (subject to 50% restocking fee)
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Products delivered more than 30 days ago
- Items with writing on the box or damaged packaging
- Products missing original packaging components (styrofoam, parts, instructions, etc.)
- Installed hardwired lighting
- Curtains, shades, and wallpaper
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items (unless damaged or defective)
- Open box items
- Artwork, bulbs, pillows, bedding, and decor
- Hardwired lighting over 30" in any dimension
- Rugs larger than 8' × 10'
How to Initiate a Return
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, please complete the return form below. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Once submitted, our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days with next steps. Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, we'll conduct a quality control review within 3-5 business days.
After the review is complete, your return will be processed accordingly. Please note that returns arriving without original packaging, installed items, or those with unpaid postage will be returned to sender.
